"Penland installed this unit in 2020 and when it stopped cooling, I called and they had a tech out within a few hours. The part is under warranty, labor is not of course. It's running like a champ. I really appreciated that the owner called me after I spoke with their answering service. Trustworthy, reliable, knows their stuff!"

"We had the best experience with Penland! I called to schedule a repair service and they were able to come out the next morning, diagnose the issue, add freon and give me a quote for a new unit all in one day! We have to replace our unit, so they are ordering our new one and installing it as well. They even offer a service to build a platform for our unit to sit on! The office staff are courteous, responsive and super helpful! The technician was also courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and even willing to talk to our warranty company! We HIGHLY recommend Penland!"
